Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years professional electrical experience in the commercial, residential, and property management environments
- Professional license (Preferred)
- Background and drug screen
- Positive attitude
- Professional appearance
- Electrical experience, including working with schematics
- Proficiency in using hand tools, voltmeter, and ohmmeter
- Familiarity with low voltage systems and NEC regulations
- Previous experience in residential service and/or commercial service electrician roles
- Competency in electrical duties
- Basic code compliant wiring
- Circuits and lighting
