Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test, valid drivers license)
  • Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment and/or commission driven role (preferred)
  • At least 2-3 years of previous high level customer / hospitality level service (preferred)
  • Goal-driven to meet and exceed store appointment goals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures
