Role OverviewManage the Operations, Logistics, and Program Management activities associated with assigned Customer Programs to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of products. Provide leadership to Service Center associates to implement best practices and improve efficiencies.
What You Will Do
Coordinate with Customers, Sales, Distribution Center, and Supply Chain to maintain optimal Service Center and program inventory levels. Monitor and facilitate customer priorities associated with dock-dock and discrete orders.

Requires a minimum of five years of operations/order management experience in a supervisory capacity. Experience with VMI, Kanban, or other inventory systems is required.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of operations/order management experience in a supervisory capacity
- Minimum of five years of experience with VMI, Kanban or other inventory systems requiring a triggered replenishment from a warehouse infrastructure
- A working knowledge of inventory management (APICS certification a plus)
- Knowledge of ERP systems and processes
- Experience with fasteners and fastener quality standards strongly preferred
