Role OverviewThe Service Center Manager oversees all service center operations and is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, operations teams, and company leadership to drive communication, accountability, and service performance.
What You Will Do
The Service Center Manager will lead, supervise, and develop up to ten direct reports, establish clear performance expectations, provide coaching and mentoring, and support employees in resolving complex customer concerns.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business/Logistics Supply Chain/Management/Communications
- Minimum of three years of experience in customer service with preference for a Logistics and Transportation Organization
- Extensive knowledge of call center, CRM, AI agents
- Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with dispatch software
- Prior use of Xcelerator or similar software package
- Highly organized, detail oriented
- Access to reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license in state of residence and auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screen
