Role Overview

As an entry-level Service Center Repair Technician, you'll handle common customer technology needs by diagnosing and repairing products. You'll work at Geek Squad city, a 240,000-square-foot repair center in Brooks, Kentucky.

What You Will Do

Answer customer questions, troubleshoot products, document repair work, and partner with leadership to manage work-in-process repairs.

Requirements

  • 6 months of experience troubleshooting and repairing technology products
  • 6 months of experience using Microsoft Office

  • Able to lift weight up to 25 pounds with or without accommodation
  • Able to multitask and demonstrate strong attention to detail
