Requirements

  • At least two years' experience in service or contract administrator role
  • High school diploma (Associate degree preferred)
  • Demonstrated communication and customer service skills
  • Accuracy and extreme attention to detail
  • Advanced analytical and research skills
  • Superior organization skills
  • Exceptional clerical skills, together with computing and data entry skills
  • Working knowledge of standard office productivity software
  • Familiarity with NetSuite and/or ServiceNow
