Process new customer service contract orders and renewals, manage contract records, and communicate with various departments to resolve customer issues related to contract establishments.
Requirements
At least two years' experience in service or contract administrator role
High school diploma (Associate degree preferred)
Demonstrated communication and customer service skills
Accuracy and extreme attention to detail
Advanced analytical and research skills
Superior organization skills
Exceptional clerical skills, together with computing and data entry skills
Working knowledge of standard office productivity software
