Job Description
Role Overview

The Service Coordination Supervisor oversees advocacy, crisis intervention, support services, and coordination with funding sources for the service coordination program at all assigned properties. Ensures that their assigned program meets or exceeds program objectives, oversees the provision of high-quality services for program participants, and further ensures on-going compliance with funder requirements and agency policy and procedure.

What You Will Do

The Service Coordination Supervisor will provide technical assistance and consult in appropriate areas of social work practices, agency program policies, and fair housing laws and practices for the Service Coordinator component. They will also assist with SC program staff vacancies, ensures that the resident's voice is heard and incorporated in programming, and monitors service provision.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of supervisory or leadership experience, at least one year of experience in Service Coordination, Case Management, or a closely related field, and a valid Colorado driver's license and proof of state-required automobile insurance.
