Role OverviewJoin Ambercare/Addus HomeCare and help older adults and individuals with disabilities live safely and independently at home. This position will be responsible for conducting in-home visits to monitor and report on quality of services provided by Home Care Aides.
What You Will Do
Create work schedules, manage client schedules, conduct home visits, monitor client condition, and evaluate Home Care Aides. Provide service updates, maintain confidentiality, and follow regulations.

Minimum 3 years' experience in senior services or a related field. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and reliable transportation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in the field of senior services or a related social service field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle high call volumes.
- Client-focused and customer service-driven.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance for travel within the branch service area.
