Job Description
Abode, a nonprofit working to end homelessness, seeks a Service Coordinator for its housing program in San Jose, CA. The Service Coordinator provides housing services to homeless individuals, including counseling, referral, and developing a housing plan.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, or related field
2 years of case management experience
Driving and transportation of participants
Flexible schedule to work evening and weekend hours
Excellent verbal & written communication, organizational, and time management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well independently and collaboratively with teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
