Job Description
The Service Coordinator acts as the primary hub for the service department, responsible for coordinating repair work with customers & technicians, paying invoices and providing overall administrative duties for the department.

Requirements

  • High school or equivalent
  • At least two (2) years as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Proficient with Outlook, Excel (formulas, charts, graphs), Word and PowerPoint
  • At least two (2) years assisting customers with accounts in person and over the phone
