Job Description
Thresholds Service Coordinators create partnerships with clients to transition them from resource and housing scarcity to living with dignity. They coordinate mental health services and link clients to other providers.

Requirements

  • Passion for mental health advocacy
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working in mental health
  • Housing experience (CHA, HUD, etc.)
  • Good writing skills
  • Strong time management and organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and similar software systems
  • Age 21 or older
  • Valid driver's license, current car insurance, and daily access to own car
  • Willingness to provide transportation to clients
