Job Description
As a Service Coordinator at Bretz RV & Marine, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to service requests, coordinating appointments with teams, and staying up-to-date on products and market trends. You will work with our dealerships in Boise, ID, Nampa, ID, Liberty Lake, WA, and Missoula, MT, and communicate with teams through video calls, email, chat, and phone.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Skills
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems a plus
  • Computer Skills
  • Ability to type without looking at the keyboard
  • Ability to type at least 35 wpm
