As a Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for taking incoming service requests, coordinating information between customers and service staff, and facilitating the resolution/completion of all service requests.

Requirements

  • Prioritizing, scheduling and dispatching service staff
  • Ordering and expediting all required parts
  • Reviewing resolved service tickets upon completion of work
  • Verification of time entries/GPS logs
  • Replenishing stock able products and accountability
  • Assistance with the development, implementation and documentation of Service Department processes
