Role OverviewThe Service Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating frac and flowback service operations. This role supports field supervisors, technicians, and customers by managing job schedules, equipment, parts, and logistics to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of all service work.
What You Will Do
Schedule and dispatch trucking for frac, flowback, drill out, and well-testing operations. Communicate job requirements, timelines, and resource needs clearly and professionally. Work closely with management to ensure crews have the correct tools, parts, and equipment for each job.

- Strong knowledge of frac valves, flowback equipment, BOP parts, manifolds, and wellsite components
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (plus)
- Understanding of oilfield safety practices and terminology
- Strong mechanical understanding of wellsite pressure control equipment
