Role OverviewThe Service Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering resident services for households with children in a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) community. This position ensures compliance with the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority (MFA) Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) by providing service coordination, enrichment programming, and resource linkage that supports resident stability, wellness, and self-sufficiency.

Provide onsite service coordination, serve as a liaison between residents and community-based service providers, develop enrichment programs, and maintain partnerships with qualified service providers.
