Job Description
HealthEquity is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, focusing on client retention and satisfaction. This role involves managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about HealthEquity’s products and services. The goal is to help clients understand the offerings and ensure they receive excellent support. The manager will also participate in annual reviews and potentially manage project plans.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of healthcare plans and banking.
  • Experience in benefits/financial services roles or business to business service experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Organizational skills with detail-oriented approach.
  • Work ethic and ability to handle high volume clients.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Business and communications software proficiency.
