Job Description
Csquare is seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to manage the implementation projects of datacenter products and services. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, can work with minimal guidance, and has experience managing datacenter, managed services, or telco solutions.

Requirements

  • Project manage a wide range of implementations across datacenter products and services
  • Plan and facilitate meetings involving multiple stakeholder groups
  • Manage internal and external expectations
  • Document small-medium-large size projects throughout an implementation lifecycle
  • Demonstrate Project Management concepts
  • Be able to work on projects independently
  • Be able to communicate effectively both to individuals and groups, both verbally and in writing
  • Process multiple project tasks at a time
  • Be able to identify and resolve problems involving scheduling, availability, and information or communication gaps
