Job Description
Our client is seeking a high-achieving professional to capitalize on your career with a global company. You will be joining a customer experience team translating research insights into clear recommendations to support design and service direction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of mix of experience with Service Design and Business or Consulting background
  • Experience developing customer-facing experiences
  • Strong proficiency in Miro for developing service blueprints, journey maps, and collaborative ideation.
  • Advanced PowerPoint (PPT) skills to create and deliver compelling executive-level strategy decks.
  • Strong proficiency in Jira for managing tasks and collaborating within agile workflows.
  • Foundational knowledge or working experience with Figma.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on storytelling and stakeholder management.
