Peraton is seeking a Service Desk / Network Operation Center Lead to support a government customer in Linthicum Heights, MD. This role is the first point of contact for network-related issues, requiring Tier 1 support including hardware and software failures, application questions, installations, and more. The team is pivotal in maintaining a secure and stable IT infrastructure.
Requirements
10 years of experience, at least four years of management level responsibility
Active TS, SCI eligible clearance
Active Certifications (IAT Level II, CISA, CCNP Security, CompTIA SecurityX/CASP+, FITSP-O, GIAC GICSP, GICSP, GSEC, Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
