This role is the first point of contact for network-related issues, requiring Tier 1 support including hardware and software failures, application questions, installations, and more. The team is pivotal in maintaining a secure and stable IT infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience, at least four years of management level responsibility
  • Active TS, SCI eligible clearance
  • Active Certifications (IAT Level II, CISA, CCNP Security, CompTIA SecurityX/CASP+, FITSP-O, GIAC GICSP, GICSP, GSEC, Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
