Job Description
The Service Desk Analyst (Entry Level) role is responsible for providing primary user support and customer service to B2B users who call Wipro Service Desk to troubleshoot end user issues. The role involves responding to queries, managing service desk tickets, and maintaining scorecards.

Requirements
