Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to provide first-contact resolution for technical issues across a Microsoft-focused, cloud-hosted environment. The role involves delivering empathetic and responsive service while adhering to compliance and security protocols within a regulated financial institution.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and basic macOS troubleshooting
  • Up to 2 years of experience in a service desk or help desk environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 E5 tools and licensing models
  • Strong written and verbal communication for translating technical concepts
  • Exposure to SCCM/Intune workflows for policy management
  • Customer-first mindset and patience under pressure
  • Detail-oriented documentation and ticket-handling skills
  • Experience within Jira Service Management (preferred)
