The Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS) is seeking a Service Desk Intern to learn day-to-day operations and participate in telephone calls, technical services work, and accounts management work.

Requirements

  • Record, troubleshoot, and track incidents and requests
  • Perform tier 1 level triage and support
