Job Description
We are seeking a Service Desk Specialist to join our Information Technology team at Boys Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely support to our user community through multiple channels, including the telephone, self-service requests, and in-person walk-ins. The role requires a high level of professionalism, customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of Information Technology experience
  • Available to travel and to work evenings or weekends as needed
  • Familiarity with services like Office 365, SharePoint, Webex/Teams, Wi-Fi, Active Directory, and cybersecurity
