Job Description
The Service Desk Support Representative assists in ensuring all Facilities, IT, and customer service requests are triaged, dispatched, and acted upon within service level agreement standards, utilizing problem-solving and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Answer incoming incidents via phone calls, Service-Now, and e-mail
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical, maintenance, and operational problems
  • Organize and present information to subject matter experts
  • Utilize tools and systems to complete assigned responsibilities
  • Attain a general knowledge of all aspects of the Parker’s Organization
  • Utilize troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Have strong general troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a diverse team
