Job Description
The Service Desk Support Representative assists in ensuring all Facilities, IT, and customer service requests are triaged, dispatched, and acted upon within service level agreement standards, utilizing problem-solving and customer service skills.
Requirements
Answer incoming incidents via phone calls, Service-Now, and e-mail
Troubleshoot and resolve technical, maintenance, and operational problems
Organize and present information to subject matter experts
Utilize tools and systems to complete assigned responsibilities
Attain a general knowledge of all aspects of the Parker’s Organization
Utilize troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
Have strong general troubleshooting and customer service skills
Be able to work independently and as part of a diverse team
Be able to multitask efficiently
