Job Description
Veterinary Practice Partners (VPP) is seeking a Service Desk Technician to resolve hardware, software, and network issues for veterinary clients. The role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, and providing remote technical support, with focus on local and network connectivity, productivity applications, and applying new hardware/software. This is a hybrid position requiring in-person work.

Requirements

  • Provide remote technical support to staff.
  • Provide desktop, laptop and printer support for Windows and Apple clients.
  • Provide support for local and network related connectivity issues.
  • Provide support for productivity applications like MS Office, among others.
  • Provide application support for veterinary hospital specific applications.
