Service Desk Technician role providing technical support in a hybrid remote environment, managing user support requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining system efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar technical support role
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience with Active Directory and/or Azure is a plus
  • Experience using ticketing systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
