Job Description
Service Desk Technician role providing technical support in a hybrid remote environment, managing user support requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining system efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum 1-year experience in a similar technical support role
Strong customer service skills
Experience with Active Directory and/or Azure is a plus
Experience using ticketing systems
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
