Role Overview

As a Service Engineer I, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of AVL hardware and software systems. You will work directly with a diverse range of customers, helping ensure their test systems operate at peak performance.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include performing at customer sites, troubleshooting and repairing products, completing service and commissioning reports, and actively participating in developing your own training plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
  • 0-2+ years' experience in related field
  • 2 years' experience with test automation equipment preferred
  • Understanding of electrical and mechanical processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
