Job Description
ProTech Mechanical is hiring a Service Estimator to join their growing HVAC service team in Corpus Christi, TX. The role involves quoting HVAC repairs, creating equipment replacement proposals, and renewing preventative maintenance contracts. The ideal candidate has experience in inside sales, estimating, or service coordination within the HVAC or construction industries.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in inside sales, estimating, or HVAC service administration
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems, especially light commercial HVAC (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience using CRM systems or proposal management software (BuildOps experience is a plus but not required)
