Role OverviewThe Service Foreman leads a service crew to complete daily work safely, productively, and to Mahaney standards. The primary focus of this position is managing and leading service projects and service crews. The Foreman is responsible for managing daily production goals, coordinating materials and equipment, solving challenges, developing crews, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
What You Will Do
Diagnose and repair roof leaks, perform detailed roofing work, examine roofs and job plans to determine the best approach for completing work, and solve service problems with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of proven low-slope roofing experience, experience leading roofing projects and directing roofing crews, and experience with commercial roofing systems, service work, and roof repairs.

- Customer service experience
- Ability to work various hours and schedules while maintaining excellent attendance
- Ability to learn new tasks, systems, and responsibilities

- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to actively listen and communicate effectively
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred
