Requirements

  • Monitor store KPI targets and take action to achieve store targets
  • Keep the team focused on guest engagement, sampling, and product knowledge
  • Maximize team performance through product knowledge education, coaching, and leading by example
  • Assist in training, developing, and motivating team members
  • Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness
  • Enforce company policies and procedures consistently and effectively
  • Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store
