  • Monitor store-level financial and operational results
  • Keep team focused on guest engagement, sampling, and product knowledge
  • Maximize team performance through product knowledge education, coaching, and leading by example
  • Assist in training, developing, and motivating team members
  • Assist Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, inventory management
  • Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness
  • Enforce policies, procedures, and operational directives consistently and effectively
