Role OverviewWork with the Service team to prepare new apartment homes for residents, assist in routine repairs, and maintain property buildings and grounds.
What You Will Do
Perform general maintenance, respond to resident service requests, and keep amenity areas clean and operable.

Must be available for on-call work, willing to learn and complete various tasks, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work on-call (evening, weekend, and overnight calls)
- Willingness to learn and complete plumbing, electrical, carpentry, dry-wall, and painting tasks
