Service (Maintenance) Specialist responsible for repairs of mechanical or aesthetic issues, general building preventative maintenance, and maintaining environmental conditions of spaces.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Trade school education
  • 2+ years of previous maintenance experience
  • EPA, CPO, and/or boiler operator's license
