Job Description
Responsible for the efficient administration of maintenance services and positive customer services for the Centerspace portfolio within the assigned region.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ maintenance experience
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to ensure goals and time frames are met
  • Exceptional customer-service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis
