Job Description
Service (Maintenance) Supervisor responsible for efficient administration of maintenance services and positive customer services for the Centerspace portfolio within the assigned region.

Requirements

  • No supervision, able to self-direct and self-motivate completely.
  • Prioritizes and sets deadlines.
  • Directs the work of others.
  • Mentor and resource to other maintenance staff.
