Job Description
Service (Maintenance) Technician job at Centerspace, responsible for general maintenance, responding to resident service requests, and maintaining property buildings and grounds. Base salary $20-$21/hour, eligible for benefits and bonuses.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work on-call
  • Willingness to learn and complete plumbing, electrical, carpentry, dry-wall and painting tasks
