Service (Maintenance) Technician responsible for performing general maintenance, routine repairs, and upkeep of property buildings and grounds. Excellent customer service skills required.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Availability for on-call work
  • Willingness to learn and complete plumbing, electrical, carpentry, dry-wall and painting tasks
