Job Description
The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing maintenance tasks, creating excellent public relations, leading the service team, and planning out onsite projects at RR Living.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-5 years experience as Service/Maintenance Manager or Supervisor within Multifamily
  • Experience in working independently and managing assigned work while overseeing a team
  • General education: High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Strong experience in leadership and team management skills
  • Strong background in customer/resident service and satisfaction
  • Experience in technology (OneSite and OPS) and reporting within maintenance/service within multifamily or property management
  • HVAC and CPO certifications are required
  • Experience in electrical and plumbing to diagnose and resolve associated issues
  • Past experience with carpentry and sheetrock
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage priorities, workflow and delegate tasks
