Job Description
The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the retail propane Service Department operations. This includes supervising employees, managing safety and security, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • PC experience mandatory
  • Management experience necessary
  • Excellent customer contact, supervisory, organizational, and communication skills
  • Above average technical expertise with regard to propane appliance and equipment installation
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
  • Working knowledge of the policies, procedures and regulations pertaining to the company and the propane gas industry
  • Ability to create, customize and apply intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
