Job Description
The Service Manager provides prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service, and ensures that customers' needs are met. They supervise and coordinate the activities of employees or perform the work of all job levels.

Requirements

  • Must be 18+
  • High School or equivalent experience
  • Two years or more of similar or related work experience preferred
  • Ability to solve practical problems
  • Ability to do arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages
  • Ability to interview to obtain basic information
  • Ability to guide people to provide basic direction
