Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Service Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the CTC's service business and operations activities. You will be responsible for coaching, counseling, and training the sales force to improve individual service selling skills, and developing and implementing Operations strategies to improve service delivery and provide additional value to customers in a cost-effective manner.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Broad-based professional knowledge of security hardware, alarm and video surveillance systems, electronic security issues, and safeguards
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Advanced team leadership, team building, and facilitation skills
  • College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant field service experience
