Job Description
We are seeking a Service Manager to lead and motivate our local Pest Technician Teams to provide outstanding service delivery of Terminix products to our valued customers.

Requirements

  • An associate's degree (A four year degree is highly desirable)
  • Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
  • 1-2 years of related experience is very helpful, but not required
  • Willingness to relocate is highly desirable
  • Strong communications skills – impersonal, written, presenting
  • Problem solving and coming up with practical solutions
  • Building rapport easily and establishing trust with customers and employees
  • Detail oriented and understanding the importance of safety
  • Good aptitude for basic/intermediate math-- necessary for doing calculations related to sales and service
  • Comfortable working outside and in confined spaces like crawl spaces and attics when necessary
