Role Overview

The Service Manager is responsible for performing and overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of the assigned property to ensure that the overall physical aspects of the property meet the Company's established standards and any applicable laws. This role involves scheduling, monitoring, and performing preventative maintenance, coordinating maintenance operations, and supervising the maintenance team. The Service Manager also participates in diagnosing problems, completing repairs, and general maintenance for the property.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include scheduling and monitoring preventative maintenance, coordinating day-to-day maintenance operations, directing and supervising the maintenance team, training and coaching team members, participating in diagnosing problems and completing repairs, and maintaining property cleanliness. Additionally, the Service Manager will manage vendor/contractor relationships, complete property unit turns, and respond to after-hours emergencies.

Requirements
