Role OverviewThe Service Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring that service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner. They will also be responsible for inspecting grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to minimize liability concerns and ensure excellent curb appeal.

The Service Manager will perform various tasks, including organizing service requests, inspecting grounds, overseeing turnkey operations, and communicating with residents and vendors. They will also be responsible for maintaining a preventative maintenance program and teaching safe work practices.
