Role OverviewThe Service Manager directly supervises and coordinates the activities and responsibilities in the shop, accountable for the shop performance, including labor management, service level, operation expenses, team management, and improving customer service.

Supervises the work of service employees, prepares and issues work schedules, implements departmental policies, trains employees, recruits and selects employees, analyzes financial activities, and maintains a safe work environment.
