Job Description
The Service Manager is responsible for managing the service department and service team. Responsibilities include working with customers to obtain information required for work, and ensuring work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Hire, train, and motivate service team members
  • Use manufacturer flat rate guides and Standard Service Operations to determine work time
  • Greet customers and provide clear instructions on work orders
  • Estimate cost of repairs and prepare itemized work orders
  • Maintain production reports on all service staff
  • Ensure continuous financial growth of the department
