Job Description
V-Soft Consulting is hiring a ServiceNow Technology Lead (100% remote) to serve as the primary technical owner of the AtoZ ServiceNow implementation. The candidate should have 5 or more years of ServiceNow experience, strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, workflows, scripting, and platform best practices, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
5 or more years of ServiceNow experience in a technical role
Experience with ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS)
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, workflows, scripting, and platform best practices
Strong communication skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical stories, tasks, and execution plans
