Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Service Operations Coordinator to lead the daily execution of Service operations at an ImageFIRST facility. This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role with real accountability for results and a direct path toward senior Service and Operations leadership positions.
What You Will Do
Lead daily face-to-face check-ins with Customer Advocates, analyze route and customer data, translate insights into business-minded recommendations, and drive solutions to improve retention and customer loyalty.

Requirements
- Associate degree or higher required
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT medical certification
- Experience in service, operations, logistics, distribution, or route-based businesses preferred
