Role OverviewThe Service Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing service.
What You Will Do
Perform routine maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings, perform journeyman-level work in the installation, repair, and maintenance of water, gas, and sanitary sewer systems, and repair or replace damaged plumbing fixtures.

The Service Plumber works in cooperation with other LWMC trades and outside vendors to ensure that all specifications, regulations, and policies are met, and to ensure the efficient completion of projects.
Requirements
- Journeyman's License
- Backflow Certification
- Current valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High School graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Required
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing service
