Role OverviewWe are looking for a Service Project Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with existing service customers, overseeing service account management, quoting service repairs, and coordinating between customers and resources.
What You Will Do
Focus on client retention, maintain customer satisfaction, quote mechanical service repair work, and oversee execution of work. Participate in investigating and resolving semi-complex problems, ensure billings are reviewed weekly, and facilitate communication between customer and account manager.

Requirements
- AAS degree or equivalent work-related experience in the HVAC industry
- 10+ years of technical experience in the HVAC industry preferred
- Ability to quote HVAC repairs
- Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments
- Clean, neat and professional appearance
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create results in a team-oriented environment
- Ability and willingness to travel if needed
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
